We will review eligibility, verify insurance benefits if applicable, and provide information about the enrollment process.

Group dates and times vary based on participant needs and availability. Since our current groups are designed for adults, we aim to schedule them during early afternoon or evening hours to help accommodate work and other responsibilities.

Some groups meet on a regular schedule, while others are scheduled based on participant interests and needs.

For the most current group schedule, call our main office at (763) 202-4767.

If you are an established current client at VEEMAH Consulting, an additional intake appointment is generally not required before joining a group.

If you are new to VEEMAH Consulting, you will need to complete an intake appointment to determine eligibility and ensure the group is an appropriate fit for your needs.

Please contact our office at (763) 202-4767 for more information about the intake process and group enrollment.

If you choose to use insurance, group sessions will be billed to your insurance provider and any applicable copays, coinsurance, or deductibles may apply.

We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to inquire about your coverage and benefits for group psychotherapy services.

If you do not have insurance or prefer not to use insurance, the self-pay rate is $40 per group session.

Please contact our office at (763) 202-4767 to discuss enrollment, insurance verification, and payment options.

If you are using insurance, group sessions will be billed to your insurance provider, and any applicable copays, coinsurance, or deductibles will be your responsibility. Our office will mail any billing statements or invoices to the home address we have on file. Payments can be made at the front desk using any major debit or credit card, or online through our payment portal.

If you are participating as a self-pay client, payment is due at the time of service. Payments can be made at the front desk using any major debit or credit card, or also online through our payment portal before your session begins.
