If you plan to use an HSA or FSA card, please review the information below before submitting your payment. 

HSA & FSA Card Payments May not work online

Some HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards may not be accepted through our online payment system due to plan restrictions or card limitations.


If your payment is not processed online, our team is happy to assist. 


Please call 763-202-4767 to pay by phone or visit the front desk for in-person assistance.


Why Some HSA/FSA Cards May Not Work Online

Even if your card is eligible and active, certain plans may limit online transactions. This can happen for several reasons, especially with smaller healthcare providers or independent practices, and may include:


  • Your plan requires in-person PIN entry
  • The card requires additional healthcare verification systems (IIAS)
  • Your employer/card restricts some online benefit card use
  • The card issuer requires manual verification for therapy or mental healthcare services

In-Person Payment: 

We accept credit and debit cards, including FSA and HSA cards, at the front desk Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM.


Over the Phone: 

You may call our front desk at 763-202-4767 or billing at 763-300-0289 to make a payment using a credit or debit card, including FSA and HSA cards.


Please note that our front desk staff does not have access to your bill/billing statements; however, they can process a payment on your behalf for the amount you specify.
