• Your card requires additional healthcare verification systems (IIAS)
• Your employer or card issuer restricts certain online healthcare transactions
• Your card issuer requires manual verification for therapy or mental health services

Yes. If you prefer not to pay online, we offer the following payment options:

In-Person Payment: We accept credit and debit cards, including FSA and HSA cards, at our front desk Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Over the Phone: You may call our front desk at 763-202-4767 to make a payment using a credit or debit card, including FSA and HSA cards.

Please note: Front desk staff can process payments only and do not have access to billing statements or account details. You will need to provide the payment amount when calling.
