What ARMHS Services Include:

ARMHS is designed to help adults with serious mental health conditions develop and enhance the skills they need to live independently and improve their quality of life. You will receive support tailored to your individual needs from a team of professionals.

Key Areas of Support Provided:

• Managing mental health symptoms
• Building relapse prevention skills
• Improving interpersonal and communication skills
• Coordinating care with other mental health and medical service providers
• Reducing the need for higher levels of care, such as psychiatric hospitalization or inpatient treatment
